Track Sponsorship - The track can benefit from it's sponsors in many ways. Throughout the year they incur maintenance and upgrade costs, utility bills, insurance and other operating expenses. Cash donations are always welcome. Services can also benefit the track, such as a repair company helping in occasional repairs. Donations of kart racing supplies can be used at the track, sold to cover costs or used as prizes in the banquet at the end of the year.
Benefits to the sponsor include an announcement at the end of each race day and an ad on the track web site. Contact track owner Tommy Walker for more information.
Race Sponsors - The track also accepts sponsorship of individual races. This is usually a cash donation which is awarded to the winning racers of a chosen class.
Race sponsors are announced at the beginning or end of the sponsored race and their name listed with the weekly race results, which remain on the web site.
Team Sponsors - Team sponsorship varies from team to team. Team needs include, but are not limited to, racing equipment, gasoline and race fuel, meals and entry fees. Visit the track on race day and find a team you think would best represent your business. Then contact the team to ask what they need and how they can benefit and promote your business.
Web Site Sponsorship - The web site currently receives over 100 visits per month, which will likely triple during race season. In it's current configuration, the web site has very little operating expense and doesn't solicit sponsorship. Donations are accepted through PayPal. A thank you note can be posted on the web site.
